If you receive a “cure” notice and form, you didn’t do anything wrong! The election office just wants to be sure your vote is counted. This is your opportunity to update ballot envelope information that may be mismatched, missing, or unclear.

Some reasons for receiving a cure notice are issues with:
• Signatures
• ID numbers
• Dates
• Witness info (if required)
