Your right to provisional voting is the law!

If election officials are unable to determine your eligibility to vote at the polling place, you still have the right to vote using a provisional ballot.

If you vote a provisional ballot your election official will follow state law to review your information and compare it with registration records before counting your ballot.

If your registration is confirmed, your ballot counts!
